The three C’s: Coffee, Cereal and Co-ops!

As we build our Wasatch Food Co-op community, we’re excited to spotlight one of our new member owners. Actor and Salt Lake City resident Ty Burrell, best known for his role in the beloved sitcom Modern Family, joined our cooperative earlier this year. 

"I’m happy to know that we have a food Co-op coming to SLC,” he said.  “I grew up around one and it always felt like a win-win for the farmers and for the consumers. There were always good feelings surrounding the Co-op in my hometown and I would anticipate the same here, in bulk." 

We’re grateful to have Ty and all 1,121 of our other member owners as part of our Wasatch Food Co-op family.

If you’re not already a member owner, now is a great time to join! We’re just months away from opening our store, and purchasing a new membership (or making a donation) will supply critical funding we need to complete construction.
